Michael Green
Michael is a venture investor and entrepreneur focused on early-stage investments across the UK, North America, and Africa, spanning IT, engineering, and energy. Over the past two decades he has built a portfolio of investments with particular interest in enterprises that generate prosperity and not just profit. He currently serves as a non-executive director of Domin, an advanced motion control engineering company, and as Chairman of the Prosperity Institute, a London-based think tank.
Michael began his career working for a British Government Minister in Parliament before joining Accenture as a strategy consultant. His subsequent business career has included serving as commercial manager for a software near-shoring company and co-founding a property business. He also spent a year based in Beirut working on a peace and reconciliation project across the Near East.
Alongside his investment interests, Michael worked with Youth With A Mission, where he co-founded ReFactory, an IT academy and job placement programme in East Africa. He also worked as a partner with GiANT Worldwide, working with leaders to build high-performing teams and healthy organisational culture. He holds a BA from the University of Nottingham.
